In many companies in Germany, the share of material costs in manufacturing costs is more than 50% with an upward trend. Despite this high significance for the cost position, purchasing and its interaction with the processes of product development, logistics, production and the planning and control of the service processes are often given too little importance. But it is precisely the interdisciplinary interaction that creates the prerequisite for reducing overall supply costs and unlocking potential in purchasing.
We have developed a consulting and implementation approach with which procurement costs can be sustainably reduced and, in parallel, the organizational prerequisites in the purchasing and procurement processes can be defined. In doing so, the experience of the employees is combined with our know-how to achieve improved and sustainably effective results.
